RideShare Week

RideShare and Dunkin Donuts want to thank you for sharing the ride during the 10th annual RideShare Week! Do you share the ride via carpool, vanpool, use transit, bike, walk or even telework? Send us a photo of your commute. We’ll send you a $10 gift certificate from Dunkin Donuts! *

Email your photos to rideshare@tjpdc.org. Or post to our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/rideshareinfo.

Include your name and mailing address so we can send your prize.

If you share the ride with others, include their contact info as well—we will send a $10 Dunkin Donuts certificate to everyone in the pool!

* Photos may be used by RideShare for promotional purposes. Dunkin Donuts gift certificates will be mailed to the first 100 participants.

Take A Kid Mountain Biking

The Charlottesville Area Mountain Bike Club (CAMBC) and the International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA) will be hosting this year's TAKE A KID MOUNTAIN BIKING at Preddy Creek Park on Saturday, October 26 from 9am-1pm.

This event is geared toward getting kids and their parents to experience mountain biking with a group of experienced riding enthusiasts and volunteers.  Participants should bring their own bikes and helmets.  CAMBC will offer safety checks and provide some basic bike skills training before breaking out into supervised rides based on each riders capability.
